Our classes are warm, but not hot. A warm practice helps protect the body from injury, but you still have to earn your sweat.

​​​CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

All levels are welcome in every class! Classes are heated to 82-84 degrees.

BURN classes are fitness-focused power yoga classes that bring the body back into balance with strength-building postures, breath work and a closing meditation. Expect to leave class feeling stronger and refreshed. Beginners welcome and modifications are offered for every level. (60 minutes) 

ENERGIZE classes balance prana (energy) in the body with an invigorating power yoga flow. You will strengthen your body and mind. You will renew your energy. You will have fun getting fit. Expect to leave class feeling renewed. Beginners are welcome, and modifications are offered for every level. (60 minutes)

FLOW classes bring the body back into balance with mindful vinyasa flow, yin stretches, breathing exercises, and meditation. You will leave this class feeling balanced and at peace. Excellent for beginners as well as advanced students. (60 minutes) 

RESTORE classes relax the mind, body and spirit with a light vinyasa flow, restorative and yin postures, and a nice long mediation at the end of class. Excellent for beginners as well as advanced students. (60 minutes)

STRONG classes build strength in the body, mind, and spirit with longer holds and inspiration to dig deeper into your practice. Expect to leave class feeling empowered and happy. Beginners are welcome and modifications are offered for every level. (60 minutes)

VIBE classes are fitness-focused power yoga classes that blend vinyasa flow with stretching and mediation. Expect to leave class feeling renewed and relaxed. All levels welcome. (60 minutes)
