You are invited to join us for FREE classes each month at Piedmont Park! Arrive 15 minutes early to check in, and bring a yoga mat, water bottle and all of your friends, and come get happy with us at Atlanta's largest green space. Get your yoga buzz with Amber Barry, and plan to stick around after class for healthy refreshments at Park Tavern's newest addition, Basecamp Provisions, in the Airstream on the corner of 10th and Monroe! This class is free but our insurance requires a waiver for each participant, so please register in advance here.
March 19-26 (participant meeting 3/19 at 1:30-3 PM)
Join Amber Barry to learn how to clarify your mind, body and spirit with ancient ayurvedic practices and nutrition. During our week-long cleanse, we will learn to prepare and nourish ourselves with homemade green juices and kitchari, a delicious Indian comfort food made with rice, beans, spices and vegetables. It is advised to discontinue caffeine prior the the cleanse, and plan to drink only water and green juice. Amber will offer a variety of yoga and ayurvedic techniques to help purify your mind, body and spirit, and you may choose which you adopt. Daily yoga practice and meditation are recommended, but how you participate is ultimately up to you. Your registration fee will include recipes, coaching, and online support for the week of the cleanse. Everyone is welcome. This cleanse is appropriate for ages 12 and up. Register here. $40
