ARIEL KAHN discovered yoga in 2008 while recovering from injury. Yoga completely rehabilitated her, and it quickly became a passion. Her classes focus on building strength and endurance, and reinforcing the connection of the body to the mind. She empowers students to be the best they can be on and off the mat, and to meet the edge of transformation with grace. She earned her 200 Hour RYT certification at Peachtree Yoga Center, and when she's not teaching, she works as a Talent Manager at a tech company in West Midtown, and takes every opportunity to play outdoors with her puppy.
AMBER BARRY is the Founder of Westside Yoga. She is one of the most experienced yoga instructors in the Southeast, inspiring total body wellness with her healthy and relatable approaches to yoga, mindfulness, and everyday well-being. As the Founder of Westside Yoga, Host of Crazy Healthy Radio, and Inspirational Speaker at My Crazy Healthy Life, she is on a mission to rally her community around health-promoting disciplines founded in the ancient practice of yoga. Her passion for yoga stems from the personal transformation she experienced when she first met her mat two decades ago. Yoga helped Amber reclaim her life after a car crash, which left her suffering and living in severe pain. Through her practice, she was able to completely rehabilitate her body. She now lives pain-free, and is thriving. A former marketing executive, she began her teaching and coaching career in 2001, and has been an outspoken advocate of mindfulness, movement, discipline, and plant-based nutrition ever since. Amber encourages her students to step outside their comfort zones, practice yoga daily, and trust the struggles on the journey to total body health. She grew up in the Washington, DC area, is a graduate of University of Virginia, and has lived in Atlanta since 1994.

REBECCA GALLA-JONES took her first yoga class in 2001, soon after her return to the United States, after spending six years in France. Moving back to the States was a difficult transition, that was made easier through regular yoga practice. Rebecca soon became a devoted yoga practitioner, exploring a variety of traditions, including Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga. Upon completing her teaching apprenticeship, Rebecca taught her first yoga class in 2004, and has been teaching at highly respected studios ever since. Rebecca feels blessed to be a part Atlanta’s wonderful yoga community, and believes that everyone should feel proud of their practice, regardless of their level. Rebecca is also certified in yoga for kids and has been teaching children since 2009.
LACEY POULSON discovered yoga while studying Psychology and Women's Studies at the University of Central Florida. She immediately fell in love with the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of the practice. When she moved to Atlanta in 2014, Lacey found that spending time on her mat was the best way to ease the transition to a new city. She has been a dedicated member of the Westside Yoga community since its opening, and completed her teacher training with us as well. As an instructor, Lacey encourages her students to love their bodies and practice where they are at today, whether this is their first yoga class or they have been practicing for years. She brings high energy to her heat building classes, focusing on moving with the breath. In addition to teaching, Lacey also serves as Westside Yoga's Studio Manager.
SARAH LEE fell in love with yoga in high school, finding the benefits to be transformative both physically and mentally. As she grew in her own practice, she discovered the joy of teaching yoga, and making it accessible for everybody. She grew up as an active violinist and athlete, and found ways to make yoga work for her lifestyle. She brings a bright energy to her classes, both challenging and encouraging her students. She received her teacher training in Berkeley but now currently resides in Atlanta, where she is attending graduate school at Emory. Her main goal is to engage with her students, getting them to work hard on the mat, and to take the benefits of yoga off the mat into their daily lives.
ANNA MCDEVITT took her first yoga class at the student rec center while studying at Kent State. She feel in love with how yoga made her feel, and it was the perfect compliment to her regular workouts. She loves that yoga is a practice that is accessible to everyone-- it's simply about finding the connection between your mind and your body through breath and movement. Teaching yoga has added a new, deeper layer to her yoga practice, and she loves having the opportunity to share what she's learned with others!Anna is a Detroit native, and when she's not teaching or practicing, she runs a healthcare business consulting agency headquartered at Strongbox West (also located on Atlanta's growing West side!). She completed her yoga teacher training at Westside Yoga.

ERIN ROGERS unexpectedly fell in love with yoga in the middle of a difficult class that she hadn’t wanted to attend. Since then, she’s practiced a lot and has studied with some of the country’s best instructors including Maty Ezraty, Judith Hanson Lasater, and Kia Miller. She earned her RYT-200 certification at Peachtree Yoga with Graham Fowler and Natalie Biniasz. She’s taught at a number of yoga studios around Atlanta and is proud to be part of the Westside Yoga family! You can find her teaching vinyasa, restorative and yin style classes. Erin loves to incorporate a focus on breath, as well as her dance and barre background in classes to create a unique experience for her students. She finds yoga philosophy fascinating, and has found that when the study of yoga leads to wholeheartedness in action, life can be magical. In her free time she enjoys eating tacos and going for walks.
GABRIELLE BYNDLOSS fell in love with yoga while dealing with depression and anxiety. Yoga helped her connect with her breath, and use it as a force to control her mind. After attending weekly classes, she noticed that regular yoga practice changed both her mind and body. Yoga helps her grow in her passions, deal with frustration, build strength, and so much more. She earned her 200 hour RYT at Launch Awareness Yoga Centre, and uses creative sequencing to keep her students on their toes! In Gabrielle's classes, you can expect to be challenged to connect breath and body, and to laugh hysterically at yourself every now and then. When she's not practicing and teaching yoga, Gabrielle also works as a model and actress.
